Cool Cat Studio, by Gisèle Lagacé

Gisèle is incredibly talented, with a beautiful drawing style.  Cool Cat Studio is the webcomic she created before Penny & Aggie.

Excerpt from the description of the Cool Cat Studio comic from Keenspot:

"Cool Cat Studio is the story of a graphic design studio and the unique cast of characters that work there. Owned and operated by lovebirds Belinda Finlay and Jeremy Lawson (and unofficially ruled with an iron paw by Belinda's cat, Camus), things get interesting at the Studio when they hire Liz Adams, a non-conformist, lesbian 22-year old with a wild attitude and a preference for black, skin-tight clothing."
