The Joke's On Me!, by Edward Richard Harris

I know nothing about this strip whatsoever.  In fact, I don't know if it was ever syndicated.  It would appear as if it were syndicated, though, as the premise of the strip is that the readers are the ones that contribute the jokes that are used.  Being that there are several dailies credited to different contributors, it seems reasonable that this was actually published (of course, maybe for these first few the creator used pseudonyms or friends as the names of the contributors).  If anyone has any information on this strip, please email me!
